The Saigerhuette was founded in the 16th century and developed into a mining factory.
It was a place where silver was extracted from the stones of the Ore Mountains.

We had dinner at a cozy restaurant in the Ore Mountains.
A Stollen is a cake-like loaf that is served during Christmas time. In the city of Meissen, we had a Stollen tasting in a private bakery.
After the tasting of different Stollen, we gathered outside of the bakery.

By coach, we went from Dresden to Prague, Czech Republic	We stayed at the Art Deco Hotel for a few nights

Beer brewing has a long history in Prague. During a beer tasting, we tried several brews and the very delicious bread and spread.

In addition to the main dining restaurants, all AmaWaterways ships have a Chef's Table restaurant for specialty dining.
Some guests in our group went for a visit of Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia.

Our guests surprised Kerstin with an appreciation speech in the lounge and later with a beautifully created cake to celebrate '20 years of Kerstin's Deaf Travel'. Kerstin is honored to have the chance to serve the deaf community. She enjoys every trip filled with fun and happiness and joined by fabulous guests.

Guests at the Chef's Table restaurant can watch the Chef preparing the food.
Everybody was invited to meet with Santa ...	and everybody received a present from Santa
	Gingerbread making was a fun activity
Our last stop of the river cruise ...	was Budapest, the capital city of Hungary
